He's just the right size for Lu, & he is calm & gentle w/ her, so we approved the adoption w/ big smiles on our faces & our hearts!!  Lu rode him & her other ADOPTED horse, Sierra in Safe Haven's Play Day! Way to go LU!

  • Jester, is now living the life of Riley, in Sacramento w/ his new Mom!!! I watched the day these two first met! The Lady worked him in the round pen, then Lydia rode him first, then she rode him too, but I think that when she took him, un-haltered into the arena & he was just happy to follow her around, & moved in the direction her hand was asking him to go, he sealed the deal!!! Smart Horse!!!

Pretty & gentle Dreamer is in her 'dream home' w/ her buddy Reno! These 2 babies & their Moms were all headed to slaughter!!! but the mares were saved by Shirley Puga. Someone fostered the Moms until they gave birth & the babes could be weaned!!! There was 3 sets,all together, but little Shyanne was adopted last year! SWEET!

Owen came to Safe Haven with Katrina the QH cross mare. They came from Glenn County Animal Control because their owners were not taking very good care of them.
